RSV awareness campaign

RSV is very common and the disease burden on babies is considerable. Yet, nobody seems to be aware of this. This needs to change! We want everybody in Europe to have at least heard about RSV.

Each year, at the start of RSV season (October-November) we are actively campaigning for more awareness. This November 5th we launch our RSV awareness campaign with a social media challenge.

The key message of our campaign is to stress that RSV is a significant health concern for babies. What could be mistaken for ‘just’ a cold, may cause serious respiratory infections and even become life-threatening.
